Day 1: Sutherland, Northern Cape, South Africa

Today you embark on a 2 hour drive from Cape Town to Inverdoorn Game Lodge. Enjoy a game drive and lunch. You then drive to Sutherland through the vast Ceres Karoo. Enjoy a wonderful dinner and some stargazing before going to bed.

Day 2: Oudtshoorn, Western Cape, South Africa

After breakfast visit the Sutherland Observatory. This includes the recently installed South Africa Large Telescope. Then you go via Laingsburg and the impressive Seven Weeks Poort to Oudtshoorn. Overnight at a luxury bed and breakfast.

Day 3: Oudtshoorn, Western Cape, South Africa

After breakfast visit the world famous Cango Caves and the Cango Wildlife Reserve and Ostrich Farm. This is a real highlight of your Garden Route tour.

Day 4: Patensie, Eastern Cape, South Africa

Travel via 4x4 track through the vast wilderness area of the Baviaanskloof and overnight near the picturesque town of Patensie on a citrus farm.

Days 5 & 6: Addo Elephant Park, Eastern Cape, South Africa

After breakfast, drive to Addo Elephant Park and view the game. On a tour of the Garden Route, there is nothing more fulfilling than watching Elephant and interacting with them. Overnight in a 5 star lodge in the Park.

On day 6 there is a morning and afternoon game drive. During the game drives you will have a chance to see Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard and more. Lunch, dinner and accommodation are included.

Days 7 & 8: Knysna, Garden Route, South Africa

Drive to the picturesque town of Storms River, located in an indigenous forest, and take a tree-top tour. From there your guide will take you to the Tsitsikamma Coastal Park for a nature walk. Overnight in Knysna.

On day 8 there is a drive to the estuary and a Featherbed Trip to the Heads for lunch. In the afternoon your guide will drive via the old road and pass through the indigenous forest. Enjoy the Knysna Cruise and dinner on the Paddle Boat.

Day 9: Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa

Travel via back roads and cross over the point on to the Southern Tip of Africa. You overnight at a private nature reserve outside the coastal town of Hermanus. Hermanus is well known for its amazing Whale viewing, where the Whales come to breed and calve.

Day 10: Depart

After breakfast you can participate in one of the interesting botanical tours on the estate. After lunch drive back to Cape Town along the picturesque coastal road.
