On day 2, you can go on a drive up another 4x4 track into the mountains and view unique rock formations and stunning San rock art. Accommodation is available at The Baths Hot Spring Resort. Day 3: Karoo, Western Cape, South AfricaDrive through the vast Cedarberg Mountain Reserve and visit the majestic caves. Then move on through the Kouebokkeveld, into the Karoo Biome. Overnight accommodation is available at a private game reserve. Day 4: Sutherland, Northern Cape, South AfricaEnjoy a game drive where 4 of the Big Five can be seen. After lunch there is a drive through the valley and into the Roggeveld Mountains and Sutherland, which is 1500 metres above sea level. Experience a wonderful evening of star gazing before going to bed. Day 5: Karoo National Park, Northern Cape, South AfricaEnjoy a tour of the Observatory and marvel at the size of S.A.L.T. This telescope is powerful enough to spot a candle on the moon. After the tour, travel through the vast Nama Karoo Biome and stay the night at the Karoo National Park. Day 6: Swartberg Pass, Western Cape, South AfricaEnjoy a drive in the Park spotting different types of antelope on your Garden Route package tour. The guide will then drive via Prince Albert over the rugged Swartberg Pass. You will be hosted at a citrus farm outside Oudtshoorn. Day 7: Oudtshoorn, Western Cape, South AfricaParticipate in a tour of the famous Cango Caves. Visit a working Ostrich farm and the Cango Wildlife Park. You will stay at the citrus farm again. Day 8: Patensie, Eastern Cape, South AfricaToday you go on a tour through the majestic Baviaans Kloof. You will go via incredible ravines and river crossings on a 4x4 track from the Karoo to the Eastern Cape Bushveld. You will be staying at the pretty little town of Patensie. Day 9: Addo Elephant National Park, Eastern Cape, South AfricaDrive through the Addo Elephant National Park and enjoy the thrill of an evening game drive. Here you will have the chance to see the predators and various plains game. You might even be lucky enough to see a Lion or Leopard looking for prey. The Addo is is very important for any Garden Route package tour. There is accommodation at a luxury private game lodge. Day 10: Kabouga Area, Addo Elephant National Park, Eastern Cape, South AfricaWake up and go on a morning game drive. Take a drive to Kabouga (optional) area to view the other section of this vast park. An evening game drive is offered as well. Stay the night at a five star game lodge. Day 11: Storms River, Western Cape, South AfricaYour guide will drive you through the evergreen forest biome of the Garden Route to the quaint town of Storms River. You can experience a Canopy Tour 40 metres up in the trees. Then drive to the Tsitsikamma Coastal National Park where you spend the night. Day 12: Knysna, Western Cape, South AfricaDrive through the forests to Knysna which is situated on a tidal lagoon. Enjoy a tour across the lagoon on a ferry, and then view the pristine flora of the area. Drive through the gorgeous lake district to the coastal town of Mossel Bay. Day 13: Hermanus, Western Cape, South AfricaToday is the longest one day drive through the wheat growing areas to visit the Southern Tip of Africa. You will stay in luxury accommodation near Hermanus. This coastal town is world famous for its Whale watching spots. There is a festival held every year where you can see these creatures and obtain souvenirs. Day 14: DepartThere is a tour of the Cape Fynbos. After lunch there is a leisurely drive back to Cape Town.
