Directions to African Game Lodge
From Cape Town
Follow the N1 through to Worcester from Cape Town. Turn right at the Worcester/Robertson turnoff. Turn left onto the R60 to Robertson. Continue on the R60 through Robertson, Ashton and Montagu. In Montagu, Western Cape, South Africa, turn left into Cross Street. At the stop street turn right, passing the police station.
Continue and turn right just before the Montagu Golf Course at the African Game Lodge sign. Follow the road onto a dirt road. Follow the dirt road and take the first right up a hill. Continue to a T-junction and turn left. Continue straight on the dirt road. Turn right into Druekuilshoogte and proceed for approximately 5.5 kilometres (3.4 miles) through a cattle grid to Fonteinskloof Nature Reserve.
Continue for another 4.2 kilometres (2.6 miles) until reaching the thatched entrance gate of the property. Proceed through the gate and follow the road until reaching reception. It is advised to call reception once you have left Montagu so that if you take to long to arrive at the lodge, a staff member of the lodge can come and assist.
